Overview

Rich can be installed in any type of Flash unit that will be distributed across the web (banners, widgets etc.). We’ll be adding support for more formats soon. Installing Rich for the first time takes a minute or two, after that it’s a matter of seconds.

Creating a campaign

The first step to get Rich up and running is to click the Create campaign button on dashboard or under the campaigns tab. Click here for details on how to create new campaigns.

Installing Rich

Start by downloading the tracking component and install it in Flash. Drag the Rich component on the stage and paste the “campaign key” into the components campaign field. Read more about installing Rich and be sure to check out details about event tracking.

Event tracking

Though most of Rich’s tracking is done automatically, it might still be a good idea to make sure your interactions, click-thrus etc. are tracked correctly by reading up on how to track events properly.

Understanding campaings

Once Rich is installed and your campaign is live, you’ll have access to metrics, ads etc. for that campaigns. Read more about the campaign page.
